Me, myself & I

As an all-round personal trainer I want to spread the joy of sport and a healthy lifestyle. I have been, for my whole life, a sports fanatic. Although I used to lead a busy corporate life I always kept the fitness flame burning. I used to work + 60 hour weeks and even then I still went to the gym to work the stress away. I used to dance hip hop and go-go and did competitions on the European championship level. Now I am just the one who’s first on the dancefloor and last one to leave… Played Volleyball for years in the C-division in Finland; great group sport. I was studying in the Dutch university human Anatomy. I find the human body very interesting! I am concentrating on the movement of the muscles and preventing injuries. Reading anatomy books is a hobby for me. To be a good qualified Personal Trainer you need to own a knowledge how to deal with a client whom has suffered an injury and how to prevent them. Being a qualified AALO trainer gives me the knowledge to guide my clients for better results. I have a reputation of getting the job done and I have never given up on anything or anyone. My clientele variates from children ( giving groupsclasses ) to busy businessmen to clients with obesity. My high energy level and bubbly personality combined with the knowledge and result giving trainings, makes me the Personal Trainer to get in touch with. Not only the right exercises but also healthy mind are the keywords for successful results.
