Training sessions are not always easy. That’s why I am here for you.
At Fitness Academy Amsterdam, you can come to me for various training sessions. I teach mommy (2B) bootcamp, personal training, and other group bootcamp training. You can also come to me for corporate training.
All these training sessions are aimed at helping you improve step by step. The workouts are varied, challenging, and sometimes even tough. But fun always comes first.
The training is given by Nana. Her enthusiastic and committed personality always creates a good atmosphere. And that is important, because you can only train really well in a safe setting.
Mommy Bootcamp Training
Are you pregnant or have you recently given birth and would you like to join the mommy bootcamp training sessions?
Mommy Bootcamp is an outdoor group class for expectant mothers. If you want to exercise safely and responsibly, you’ve come to the right place. The classes are suitable during all trimesters of your pregnancy, and all exercises are tailored to your needs.
The classes are also suitable if you want to build both fitness and strength for childbirth.
All lessons take place outdoors in various parks in Amsterdam. You do not need to bring any equipment. Just sportswear and a good mood!
Personal Training
Do you want to be challenged and do you want more personal attention? Then personal training is for you.
Are you looking for someone to work with you one-on-one? To get the most out of you?
Everyone is different, and that is why the individual always comes first. Your wishes and personality guide this. You can indicate your goal in advance, or determine a training goal together with Nana.

Bootcamp
Do you love group classes, enjoy working out together, and train your body using your own body weight? I offer an intensive outdoor training program with plenty of creative exercises.
During these sessions, we work on circuit training, interval training, strength training, speed, and improving your fitness. We will work on exercises such as lunges, squats, burpees, and crunches.
It is the ultimate way to lose weight fast and get fit. We train every muscle in your body, because that really makes you feel good. Bootcamp at Fitness Academy Amsterdam is the ideal workout for your body, legs, and arms.
